Return Policy

We want you to be completely pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, Schmidt Brothers will accept merchandise in its original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 90 days of your order receipt for a full refund, and must include the order number or packing slip. Once we receive your return package, you will be sent an email notifying you that your return is being processed.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@schmidtbrothers.com, to receive instructions and return shipping label. We recommend that you pack returns in the original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives to our office in good condition. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation (POD) showing that the package was actually received by our office.  

To ensure safety when sending back cutlery items, please wrap and secure the product to protect all points and edges from cutting through the shipping carton. This is in the interest of safety for all delivery personnel and to comply with US regulations when sending sharp objects through courier services.

If your order has been received damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please save the carton and all packaging materials and contact us immediately at: info@schmidtbrothers.com. We will contact you upon receipt on how to correct this issue.
